with AMFI (29657). We facilitate MF transactions and
distribute Insurance products as an IRDAI licensed
intermediary.

Adviser (RIA). We do not provide personalised investment
advice. For personalised advice consult a SEBI-registered
RIA.

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks.
Vinay Kumar Singh does not guarantee any returns, minimum
returns, or capital protection. Past performance does not
guarantee future results. All projections including SIP
calculator outputs are illustrative only.
3. User Responsibilities

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All
disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in
Plot No:66A.
